The GLR-50 pulls the labels out of the printer.

Check to make sure that the label is under the idler arm as it exits the printer and before it is fastened to the core.

My labels are not tight enough on the core.

The label is binding on the disks.  First, make sure the rewinder is lined up properly in front of the printer.  Second, do not fasten the outer disk too tight to the core.  The label is being pinched.  Leave a small gap between the label and the outer core so the label can roll smoothly onto the core.
